SANS 10330:2020 – Requirements for a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System is a South African Standard that sets requirements to ensure food safety for all food handling, manufacturing, or supplying organisations. The Standard describes principles of control required to ensure the supply of safe food to consumers. Although SANS 10330:2020 is a South African National Standard, the principles described within the Standard are internationally recognised.
