Assist in creating an Action Plan and remediating the AG findings.

Propose an effective plan with benchmarking to best practice standards and legislations (IE: ISO Standards, Public Finance Management Act, International Financial Reporting Standards etc.).

Review, edit, document policies, processes, procedures, work instructions, risks, forms and templates to the best practice standards as part of document control.

Generation of reports to determine the effectiveness of input documents, with statistical data to prove conformance to processes.

Train employees to understand auditing terms and align documentation (inputs) to records (outputs) with evidence related to data and information as part of compliance training.

Incorporate all documentation in a central platform (i.e. Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint) to support SharePoint document management.
