    ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Awareness

    The course provides a strong basis of knowledge and understanding of ISO 22000 upon which to build auditing skills. The aim of this course is for delegates to be able to understand the purpose of a Food Safety Management System based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles. Food Safety Awareness on ISO 22000 will benefit delegates planning to complete other Food Safety Management System (FSMS) training for internal and lead auditor training courses.

    ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Internal Auditing

    This course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a food safety management system based on ISO 22000 and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011:2018

    ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Implementation

    The course develops skills on implementing and maintaining an effective Food Safety System. The delegate will be equipped with: Understanding the interpretation of the ISO 22000:2018 standard, additional requirements and relevant ISO/TS 22002 for PRPs. The standard requires meeting any applicable food safety related statutory and regulatory criteria into its food safety system. Delegates will understand Food Safety Management System (FSSC) scheme requirements, including Food Fraud and Food Defence, the identification of hazards and conducting Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments
