Sharon embarked on her ISO journey in 2011, accumulating over 12 years of expertise in the three primary ISO standards – Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety. Her extensive experience spans across diverse industries such as hospitality, working-at-height, training, manufacturing, and automotive. Notably, she played a pivotal role in establishing an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing department, ensuring compliance with SABS and ISO 9001 requirements.

Throughout her career, Sharon has effectively implemented ISO systems in various organizations, with notable contributions to BMW South Africa. Her professional background involves leadership roles, process improvement, and auditing, aiming to enhance operations and achieve targets while prioritizing customer service excellence. Sharon is a staunch advocate for the development and coaching of individuals to foster continuous improvement in processes and policies, with her passion and dedication consistently driving her endeavors.

In addition to her ISO expertise, Sharon holds qualifications as an Image Consultant. Leveraging her skills, she is equipped to conduct workshops on corporate etiquette, corporate dress code, and image, which may encompass color and style consultations.
