Bio:

Kathy has worked in the Service industry her entire career, mainly within the training, recruitment, and client liaison departments of various- sized companies.  One of the highlights was having the privilege of working at the (then) flagship dealership of Jaguar Land Rover, where Disney’s concept of service-offering was embraced, which basically invited customers to “Be Our Guest”.

She is client-centric and able to liaise calmly and with confidence at all levels and feels that her positive attitude allows her to build relationships with both clients and colleagues alike.  With a strong belief that mature women can add unique value to a company, Kathy is confident that the attributes of compassion and showing respect for others, adds a subtle yet powerful quality to the work ethic.
