
Legionella Disease
The purpose of the day is a Lesson in Legal Duty of Care by Management to its Employees. This disease was first occurred in 1976 when there were 34 fatalities, since that time there have been several outbreaks resulting in a number of fatalities, but this disease is prevalent in many surroundings and to many workers, who are unaware of this hazard, especially heavy drinkers and smokers, and elder workers and those with pre-existing lung disease, which could be caused by yet other industrial problems.
