Kealeboga holds a Diploma in Quality Management Systems and a Certificate in Vocational Education and Training. With over 15 years of experience in training and staff development, he has dealt with a wide range of clients, from the Food and Hospitality industry to those in the mining and diamond polishing.

Having helped to train and mentor several young entrepreneurs over the last decade, Kealeboga is passionate about youth empowerment and development and has trained over 2000 young entrepreneurs.

He is currently serving WWISE as a Business Relationship Manager, a role that involves maintaining a good business relationship with current clients and establishing new relationships with potential clients. Kealeboga is always up for a new challenge and is always willing to go the extra mile for both clients and colleagues.

He strongly believes in the idea of, “Motivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing”.
