    What does the FP&MSETA do?
    Everyday consumers are using if not more of the products that are manufactured in the fibre processing and manufacturing sector, That the main reason the Fibre Processing and Manufacturing (FP&M) SETA was established, and it continues to strengthen value-chain linkages between related industries. It comprises of the following just to mention the few:

    • Textiles and wood products
    • Clothing
    • Forestry
    • Packaging
    • General goods
    • Pulp and Paper

    The subsectors are closely cohesive and therefore create great value in the lives of consumers by converting various materials into finished products, like animal skin/hides into finished into finished products such as clothing, shoes even furniture.

    How does WWISE benefit?
    Our auditor Muhammad Ali is a member of International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) which is part of the Charted Quality Institute (CQI) and is recognised under the following scopes as a Lead Auditor for QMS, EMS and ISO 45001 and as an auditor for ISO 27001 and PCQI (Practitioner certificate), therefore can conduct audits worldwide.
    As a training course provider WWISE is able to train delegates on courses that are recognised by South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) and department of education and training and with that learners are able to learn or improve their entrepreneurial skill as this SETA support all those small businesses and encourages manufacturing or manual labor. That allows WWISE to further contribute to the mandate of breaking the skills in South Africa gap as the individuals who obtain training certificates are able to practice what they have learned.
