POPIA Compliance and Privacy Policy
The Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA) gives effect to the constitutional right to privacy by safeguarding personal information and regulating how it is collected, used, stored, and shared. WWISE is committed to complying with POPIA and to ensuring that all personal information entrusted to us is handled lawfully, transparently, and securely.
Personal information collected through our website or other channels will be processed only for legitimate business purposes and in strict accordance with POPIA. Such purposes may include, but are not limited to, responding to enquiries, assisting clients with services, or complying with legal obligations. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required or authorised by law. WWISE has implemented reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, or misuse.
Your Rights Under POPIA
In line with POPIA, you have the right to:
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict the processing of your personal information.

- Form 2 – Request for Correction or Deletion of Personal Information
