Mine Health and Safety Act

Delegates are to learn the basics of the Act in regard to what it is they have to react to in terms of the Act, so that they are a legal entity, and are able to ensure their customers of this should the customer audit them or the Inspector of Mines inspect them, or a 3rd party audit them.
