Sibongile obtained a Criminology and Legal Studies degree in 2016 from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (Howard college).

In 2016 she was an intern at the Department of Justice – State Attorney, where she conducted legal research, paralegal as well as assisting with drafting of letters and procedures.

In 2017 she was part of the Corporate Affairs team at Airports Company South Africa (King Shaka International Airport) where she focused on protecting the organization’s brand and working closely with the legal and compliance department.

Sibongile also participated in the development and implementation of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems at ACSA. Currently serving WWISE as a Legal Consultant; ensuring legal compliance in OHS, NEMA, POPIA, PAIA, DGPR as well as implementation of various ISO standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO27001:2013.
